The main thing i am getting from your post is the safety of diet pills have yet to be verified.
Weight loss and more importantly fat loss can be achieved without pills or supplements.
All it takes is discipline and patience. I suppose the diet industry is so successful because the majority of us lack the above attributes.
An interesting and effective plan which i absolutely believe in and has scientific backing is eating up to 6 times a day but very small meals. The act of eating res up your basic metabolic rate. If the foods you are eating are fat burning foods, and there are a lot of them around, you are onto a winner
