Krill Oil: An Alternative to Fish Oil?

One thing that many people find unpleasant about taking fish oil capsules is the fishy aftertaste or burps that some of them can cause. I usually suggest is taking the fish oil capsule just before a meal, which helps reduces the likelihood of the aftertaste and even helps with the absorption of the oil.

But now there's an alternative. Krill oil, the oil from shrimp-like crustaceans that are near the bottom of the food chain, has been promoted as an alternative to fish oil.
