Colds are relatively harmless for most people, but they can disrupt our plans and put us out of commission, which is the last thing we want just before the holidays. Symptoms of the common cold, which usually appear one to three days after being exposed to a cold virus, include runny nose, cough, nasal congestion, sore and itchy throat, watery eyes and sneezing.

Great article, as there is a lot of controversy on what works and what doesn’t. Just think about echinacea, every month there is new contradictory research, influenced by political views and big businesses.
