Reducing the Risk of Vascular Disease

A study of 46, 036 men followed for 12 years found that higher folic acid, vitamin B12 and vitamin B6 intake was associated with reduced risk of peripheral artery disease. Leafy green vegetables, such as kale, collard greens, broccoli and spinach, are an excellent source of folic acid.
