What's Good About Trimspa?

  • Trimspa contains glucomannan, a water-soluble dietary fiber derived from konjac root (Amorphophallus konjac).

Like other forms of dietary fiber, glucomannan is considered a bulk-forming laxative and expands in the stomach to reduce appetite by creating a feeling of fullness.

Glucomannan, especially in pill form, needs to be taken with plenty of water, or it can cause obstruction in the esophagus or blockages further down in the digestive tract.

Trimspa Summary

  • Much of the popularity of Trimspa is due to clever marketing and ad campaigns.
  • Potential Trimspa side effects may include: insomnia, anxiety, heart palpitations, chromium toxicity, migraines, increased blood glucose.
  • Trimspa is expensive. If you're interested in trying hoodia, an alternative is to take hoodia supplements alone. The amount of hoodia in Trimspa (750 mg) costs roughly $25 a month when you buy individual hoodia pills, and even less on some websites.
