Back Pain

Pain in the buttocks often originates from the low back.

Hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids are inflamed and swollen veins in the rectum and anus that cause itching, bleeding, and/or pain.

Osteoarthritis

Osteoarthritis is characterized by the degeneration of joint cartilage. Any joint can be affected, including those in the knees, fingers, hips, low back, shoulder and feet. Osteoarthritis of the hips can cause pain in the buttocks.
