About Sabra
Sabra is known as "Chef to the Celebrities" and other high-profile individuals, such as Fortune 500 CEO's. Sabra has developed a strong and loyal clientele based on referral and returning patrons, including some of the biggest names in Hollywood who vacation on Maui.

She is renowned for her healthy, delectable menu and unparalleled service. A graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, Sabra worked in Paris for YES Catering Company, was the chef for Strong, Stretched and Centered for seven years, and is the consulting chef for Grail Springs Spa in Canada.

During the 2003 fashion week in New York City, she was one of four chefs selected to participate in the Five Star Feast, a "chef to the celebrities" cooking extravaganza and live demonstration hosted by Joan Lunden. The event was covered by the E! Channel and Entertainment Tonight.

Sabra has been featured in Woman's Day, Spa Magazine and other publications. She is working on her first book and continues her consulting business. Sabra lives on Maui with her sixteen year old daughter.
