Kapha Tea Recipe

This is a tea recipe made with ingredients traditionally used to balance the kapha type, according to Ayurveda. The recipe was created by Ayurvedic chef Patti Garland (www.blisskitchen.com). Enjoy!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 teaspoon dry ginger
  • 1 clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seed
  • 1 cup boiling water

Preparation:

1. Mix the dry ingredients together.

2. Add the boiling water.

3. Steep for 5 minutes.

4. Strain and serve.

I realy liked this receipe. it is easy and quick. Everyone shold learn all these receipe to use whenever they need no need to go to the doctors or chemists for these small problems
