Kapha Tea Recipe

This is a tea recipe made with ingredients traditionally used to balance the kapha type, according to Ayurveda. The recipe was created by Ayurvedic chef Patti Garland (www.blisskitchen.com). Enjoy!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry ginger
  • 1 clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seed
  • 1 cup boiling water
Preparation:
1. Mix the dry ingredients together.

2. Add the boiling water.

3. Steep for 5 minutes.

4. Strain and serve.
