Homeopathic Travel Kit -- Jet Lag

by Cathy Wong

Jet lag refers to the disruption in normal sleeping patterns, excessive tiredness, difficulty concentrating and digestive disturbance that can occur after air travel that crosses time zones.

COCCULUS INDICUS is often helpful for jet lag.  This remedy can be taken every twelve hours starting two days before the flight until three days after the flight. If this remedy is delayed until after the flight, it may cause some excess sleepiness.
