Definition:
A manual technique used mainly by chiropractors
and osteopaths to realign joints in the body. Chiropractors generally work on
the joints of the spine primarily to restore proper function of the nervous
system, whereas osteopaths work on the joints of the entire body to restore
blood circulation.
