Sourced from a tree that grows in tropical forests throughout South America, cha de bugre is gaining popularity as a natural solution for weight loss. When taken in supplement form or consumed as a tea, cha de bugre is said to suppress your appetite and keep you from overeating. But while some preliminary research shows that cha de bugre may offer certain health benefits (such as prevention of cold sores, there's currently a lack of evidence supporting the claim that cha de bugre can help you lose weight.
