A substance said to destroy bacteria, grapefruit seed extract is often touted as a natural remedy for acne. But although it's used as an ingredient in range of acne-fighting personal-care products, there's little scientific support for the claim that grapefruit seed extract can help keep your skin clear. What's more, a 2012 report conducted by American Botanical Council determined that many grapefruit seed extract products currently on the market contain synthetic chemicals (such as preservatives and disinfectants) that aren't listed on their labels.
If you're seeking a natural remedy for acne, there's some evidence that certain herbs (such as dong quai and vitex) and topically applied tea tree oil show promise as skin-clearing treatments. For more help in fighting acne, try opting for gentle cleansers, avoiding heavy makeup, and keeping your stress in check. Read the full article: Grapefruit Seed Extract.

Ηave you eveг сonsidered about addіng а

Ι mean, what you ѕay is fundamental and еveгything.
But think of if yοu added some greаt photos or vіdeo clіps to gіve youг pοsts more,
“pop”! Your cοntent is еxсellent
but with images and vіdeo сlіps, this webѕіte could unԁеniablу be

I don’t think video or audio necessarily adds value, in fact it tends to detract. The written word is efficient and popupblocker-neutral at the same time. Additionally, when pages load and I hear a video autoplay, I close the page. Others may react similarly, though not most probably.
I find Cathy Wong’s collection of articles on herbs and traditional remedies very helpful and I’m actually bookmarking several of them now for my own reference. Perhaps links to some other sites that are good too, ones she relies on for research, might add value though. Perhaps just a longer treatment too as most of us don’t mind reading more as long as there is more to talk about.
Much thanks for the great articles!
