Easing Anxiety Naturally

Need to unwind? Preliminary research suggests that breathing in the sweet aroma of orange essential oil may help alleviate your anxiety. A type of essential oil long used in aromatherapy, orange essential oil appears to enhance mood while promoting calm.

A number of other essential oils may offer natural anxiety relief. For instance, rose essential oil may help lower your breathing rate and blood pressure during stressful situations. In addition, lavender essential oil has been found to have a calming effect on the nervous system.

While nearly everyone struggles with anxiety every now and then, it's important to watch out for signs of an anxiety disorder. If you're experiencing symptoms like a near-constant presence of worry or tension, difficulty concentrating, and sleep disruption, make sure to talk to your healthcare provider.

For people out there like myself, who have lots of experience but no time or need for beginner’s classes, this was a perfect solution. And cheap too.
