Banishing Back Pain With Cayenne

One of the most common reasons for missed work, back pain will likely affect as many as 80 percent of Americans at some point in their lives. One possible solution for low back pain is cayenne, a type of spicy pepper rich in a pain-reducing substance called capsaicin.

When applied topically, cayenne has been found to fight back pain in several studies. It's thought that the capsaicin found in cayenne may offer relief by inhibiting certain neurons involved in creating sensations of pain.

In other research, alternative therapies like yoga, massage, and acupuncture have also been found to tame low back pain. Additionally, keeping physically active, maintaining a healthy weight, avoiding smoking, and following a balanced diet may help both treat and prevent back pain problems. Back pain can be detrimental and I agree, one of the most common reasons that my patients miss work. Because of the need for pain management and treatment that I’ve witnessed as a physician, I wrote a white paper on treating chronic pain. It can be downloaded at http://bit.ly/MyAPQz. I hope that it helps anyone out there looking to treat or cure their chronic pain!

I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own blog and was wondering what all is required to get set up? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny?
I’m not very web smart so I’m not 100% positive. Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
