Detox with Triphala?

You may have heard that the herbal remedy triphala can help cleanse your system of the toxins you take in daily through your food, water, and environment. Indeed, many practitioners of ayurveda (the traditional medicine of India) suggest that triphala can help promote detox, partly by acting as a gentle laxative.

While scientists have yet to explore triphala's detox effects in clinical trials, test-tube studies have shown that the remedy (a blend of three different fruits sourced from Indian medicinal plants) can fight free radicals, destroy bacteria, regulate immunity, and lower cholesterol levels. What's more, preliminary animal-based research suggests that triphala could help protect against cancer.

If you're interested in healing with ayurveda, take this quiz to determine your dosha (or ayurvedic mind-body type).

I have not heard of that one, but I do know that Kombucha tea has antibiotic, antibacterial and antiviral properties and purifies the body by binding to toxins and promoting their excretion.

We have also seen a great detoxification result in many of our clients from the LifeWave Patches. Check out this link to learn more http://www.healfastertherapies.com/lifewave-patches/products/
