What is Your Ayurvedic Type?

In ayurveda, the traditional medicine of India, there are three main constitutional types, or doshas. Knowing your dosha can help you understand which activities, foods, and lifestyle elements can support and nurture your health and which have the potential to cause imbalance.

The most accurate way of finding out what your dosha is to visit an Ayurvedic practitioner. He or she can conduct a physical examination including pulse assessment and can tell you what your dosha is and provide specific recommendations.
