A recent study published in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association found that men and women over 50 who took nutritional supplements were more likely to get adequate amounts of key vitamins and minerals than those who didn't take supplements.
But what the researchers also found was that many women over 50 were getting too much vitamin A (it's found in multivitamins and other supplements).
