Remedies for Tennis Elbow and Golfer's Elbow

Tennis elbow and golfer's elbow can put an end to summer fun. Tennis elbow causes pain on the outer side of the forearm near the elbow. Golfer's elbow causes pain on the inside of the forearm near the elbow.

Both are types of tendonitis (tendon inflammation) and although they're often caused by tennis and golf, they're many other summer activities that can trigger this painful condition. Find out remedies for tendonitis.
