Crystallized Ginger Recipe

Thursday March 15, 2007
ginger111.jpg Here is another ginger recipe for you to try. It's for crystallized ginger, which is ginger that has been cooked in syrup and then dusted with sugar. Although it's used in desserts and confections, it's also a helpful way of eating ginger for ailments such as nausea, digestive upset, and motion sickness. The small ginger pieces can be packed in an airtight sandwich bag and carried around in your bag. Here is the Crystallized Ginger Recipe.
