How to Make an Essential Oil Blend

Essential oils are concentrated, aromatic plant oils used in aromatherapy. There are many ways to use essential oils, such as in a massage oil, room spray, aromatherapy diffuser (a small device that vaporizes the oils) or simply by adding a few drops to a bath.

Although you can buy essential oil blends of three or more oils, another option is to make your own blends.
