How to Make an Essential Oil Blend

Friday December 8, 2006
Essential oils are concentrated, aromatic plant oils used in aromatherapy. There are many ways to use essential oils, such as in a massage oil, room spray, aromatherapy diffuser (a small device that vaporizes the oils) or simply by adding a few drops to a bath.
