Healthy Mother's Day Brunch Recipes

Mother's Day is Sunday May 14th and if you haven't yet thought of a gift for Mom, here are some recipes that will help you create a decadent yet super-healthy brunch. These recipes are loaded with vitamins and antioxidants and unlike traditional heavy brunch fare, Mom won't feel like she's undoing all the hard work she puts into staying in shape. For an extra treat, try tucking in a gift certificate to a spa or a donation to her favorite cause.
