Cholesterol Drugs May Deplete Co Q10

nutrsmall1.JPG There is an increasing amount of research showing that the enormously popular cholesterol-lowering "statin" drugs can deplete levels of a nutrient called coenzyme Q10, or CoQ10, unless it is taken as a dietary supplement.

I have found that people who take statins or red yeast rice have far less negative side effects when they supplement CoQ10.
