A friend mentioned cinnamon tea as a good diabetic treatment..I started mixing a few shakes of cinnamon in my morning juices, orange or prune. After 1-2 weeks my bloodsugar went to 5.8 from 8-9. I have to believe it is the cinnamon.I am still taking metphormin, as prescribed by my doctor.
