I’ve been on it for 9 weeks and i’ve lost 26 lbs!! It really does work but you do have to eat and exercise. I think you can loose weight if you stick to the plan. People that say this product doesnt work are probably the ones who just take the pill and expect for it to work over night..or they might just be obsese! but yeah it works!!

I have been on this for a month and the only thing I see different is that I get gas wicked bad. I bloat and feel terrible..way to go Anna Nichol you are a looser

I was a size 24w -26w , Im now a size 13-14 . I lost 75 pounds in the first 3 months of taking Trimspa… I watched Anna on her show I noticed that were alike in our body and eating habits . So when I heard she took Trimspa, I had to try it.. people can talk how ever they want. Trimspa works, maybe not for everyone. U have to find out what works best for you. Eating right and excercise is the main key and lots of H2O is the other…….It has been a year since I kept off the weight . I also didn’t have to stay on Trimspa to do it……..Discipline is the also the key………..

Too those of you who think just taking a pill will cause you to shed fat, you are probably not just overweight, but also ignorant. You MUST diet and exercise on ANY weight loss program. You can not take a pill, supersize your meals, sit on your butt and expect to shed pounds. So before you go bashing any product, look first at YOUR efforts. Oh yea, 35 lbs lost on TrimSpa ALONG WITH DIET and EXERCISE.

This is my 2nd day of taking TrimSpa…of course I don’t expect for any miracle or anything to happen. And Yes I have to also agree that eating right and excerise is definitely the key. I hope I have a success story like some of you.

It worked for me. No miracles, just killed my enormous hunger. Yes, I excercised, I dieted, but before TrimSpa I would loose few pounds and after one good dinner they would come back. I was hungry all the time. TrimSpa killed that hunger. Now I can have salad for lunch and kill my evening hunger monster with 2 bannanas or apples. That is a miracle !! I dieted, excercised, took TrimSpa and lost 20 lb. in 6 mos. Diet and excercise alone did not help.

hey everyone!
i gained 48 pounds on the pill! yeah thats right, dont think about trying it. i don’t know what went wrong? i ate a low calorie diet, 3,800 calories a day, sometimes a little more…just a little though. and i drank DIET soda enstead of the real stuff! and i also drank tons of propel water! ohh and i went on two 10 min walks a week! if i would have just stuck to that diet and not taken the pill i would have succeded but trimspa made my diet go bad :(

dont listen to them
it does not work!
trust me!
just eat low calories a day
a woman should eat about 3,500 calories a day, men should eat about 5,500
and drink lots of lemenade or juice enstead of pops.
and exercise mayybe a couple times a week
and yes ping pong is an exercise
diet like that and you will shed them pounds like crazi
trimspa is a rip off!

Rebecca your crazy!!! Anyone who eats that much in a day will gain weight. And NO ping pong in NOT an exersice. You actualy have to get your heart rate up! Who ever is filling your head with this is WRONG. You should be trying something else.

Well i have to agree with all you who have said that it depends on your body type. one thing that works for someone else may not work for you. and yes if you diet and exercise and take the pill you have a better chance of losing weight. sometimes you need a little boost to help with the diet and exercise. i just bought it today and so i will try it to see if it works for me. my friend lost a whole bunch of weight on diet fuel. so i bought it and it did not work on me. i reacted very badly to it. so i will see how trimspa works for me!

3500 calories a day is too many! and drink lots of water, NOT fruit juice or diet soda even if you want to lose weight, because these will NOT help you! fruit juice has a lot of calories (eat the fruit instead!) and diet soda wont help you either.
and try to exercise (bring that heart rate up!) for at least 1/2 hr a day! power walking is good, so are sports, treadmill, etc.
and try not to eat late at night before bed!

A female should only eat 1200 calories per day if she is trying to loose waight. Your body on its own burns 50 Calories per hour, so do the math, that is 1200 per day, and that is by you doing nothing. So then everytime that you do any of you regular daily activities you can burn more calories and loose waight.

um yeah anyone who thinks that eating more then 2000 calories a day is good; does not know what they are doing. i have been on trimspa for a little over a week now and so far ive lost 7 pounds. however i am drinking lots of water, counting calories, and exercising at least 5 days a week. I like trimspa becuase it curves my appetite. the rest is up to me.

I love trimspa… I have gone through 5 bottles and am down 23 lbs. I think the reason I see results is because I use it along with a diet plan. I dont really have an excercize plan because I work retail, so Im always walking around throughout the day. I also have a 2 year old so when Im not at work, Im still not doing a lot of sitting. Everyone is looking for a miracle pill that will melt away the fat while you sit on your fat butt eating potato chips. That will never happen. The only way to lose fat is to consume less calories than you burn. PERIOD the end!! There is no miracle pill, cure or cream. I use trimspa because it gives me energy and curbs my appetite. So I snack less and eat a lot healthier. YOu still have to have some sort of self restraint, becasue no matter how NOT hungry you are, chocolate shakes and cheeseburgers always sound delicious. I realized I feel better when I put good food into my body, and I look better too. I love wearing my pre baby jeans again… I will continue to buy trimspa as well!

Can someone give me some advice? I just bought Trimspa tonight, it wasn’t a big deal moneywise, 20 bucks at Walmart, I don’t know where you guys are looking for it to be like 35$. Try good old Wally World.
But I’m nervous about starting these pills…I’m 18, and I need to lose about 20-30 pounds to reach my goal weight.
I don’t want to GAIN weight, like some people said they did.
But those people were eating 3800+ cals a day…ouch…
I don’t know, I’m nervous about it.

WOW, Rebecca! You certainly have your dieting habits TOTALLY WRONG! Who in the heck told you that eating 3500 worth of caloric foods was healthy?…and walking 10 minutes a day is NOT considered a WORK OUT! To me it just sounds like you are lazy and you simply LOVE to eat. You have to do REAL EXERCISES and change your eating habits in order to see REAL results. Don’t trash talk TRIMSPA for your being fat. Trimspa doesn’t magically work miracles for those who aren’t disciplined enough to WATCH WHAT THEY EAT!

I started taking TrimSpa today… I don’t expect any miracles or anything to happen, just hoping to lose a few pounds. The label clearly states to Diet and Exercise and the results they show are not typical. I hope I have a success story like some of you. I plan to diet and exercise and if TrimaSpa works that’s great, if not I hope the Exercise and better eating habits do.

I started TrimSpa today also, to lose a few pounds. I am a healthy eater and love to workout. But life (and quitting smoking) doesn’t allow me to KEEP of the weight and maintain what I am comfortable with. Alittle boost doesn’t hurt. GO TRIMSPA!! And those who knock it….learn to spell, K?? :)

what woman should eat 3000+ calories a day??? try more like 1500 (for weightloss- unless you are severely overweight) and men more like 2500! if i ate 3000 calories a day and walked only 10 min twice a week- i’d be a hippo by summer!! c’mon! cut fast food completely- and find out what YOUR calorie needs are!!! (freedieting.com works well for a ballpark idea)

that said- listen to your body- diet and exercise are KEY- i lost 70lbs on it alone- and looking to lose my last 20lbs. i’ve taken trimspa for less than a week, all i can really claim is it suppresses my appetite. go everyone who has had success!! hard work and dedication PAY OFF!! :)

lemonade actually makes you dehydrated. so uhh good luck with drinking that. and fruit juice has sugar in it which contributes to carbohydrates. so really whoever taught you how to diet is seriously confused.

Been using this for 2 months lost 80lbs one thing that works for someone else may not work for you. and yes if you diet and exercise and take the pill. I do allot of running!

I totally know that diet and exercise is the key. I have joined Weight Watchers, but I just need an extra boost. I work fulltime and I go to college fulltime. If that is not enough I have a husband and 8 children. I just need a supplement sometimes. Who wants to drink coffee all day?

Trimspa works with a little exercise and no fast food…. I lost 25 pounds in about 2 months. I took 2 pills a day, exercised for 15 minutes a day and stopped eating fast food, thats it and 25 pounds are gone. Trimspa seems to be the only one that has ever worked for me.

well i’m just about to buy trimspa. i have tried many diet pills before but have been rubbish. i exercise well and eat healthy so i’ll keep you posted.
p.s rebecca is a bit silly. over 2,500 calories, haha. thats one way to stay fat. should be under 1,200 carories per day.

I just took 1/2 pill about 1 hour before lunch. I didnt really crave lunch at all then. I ate a lean cuisine and couldnt finish it. those normally dont really satisfy me so… I’d say the pills are a good tool but you have to use them to help you stick to a diet plan, like weight watchers. It wont work at all if you dont try to diet also. If you are really pudgy you should be eating only about 1200 calories a day.

Hey - on day two here. So, I went from a size 26W to a 18W since January. It wasn’t that hard. I drank water like crazy, if I wanted a diet soda than I had to get my 8 8oz of water in. Anyways, yes, I was also in the gym at least 2 times a week for 30-40 minutes on the elliptical. I ate like I was on the south beach diet (phase 1) for about 3 months.I lost weight wickedly fast. I drank Slim Fast’s Low Carb diet drinks in the morning for breakfast or egg beaters with a spoonfull of cheese salsa. Snacks - nuts, in moderation. South Beach also has high protein bars that are way to good to be a part of any diet- so those were the snacks to hold me off while I was trying to limit my hunger. I’m now taking Trimspa because I’ve hit a rut. I’ve been within 5 lbs. on the scale for about a month. So I stopped dieting and returned to eating the fabulos carbs - now I’m taking trimspa, going to the gym, drinking water like crazy, and watching what I eat again. So, with any luck, I’ll shed the 30 lbs I want to in 4 months. The more - the better. I’ll keep you posted! Let me know if you have any other suggestions.

3,500 calories a day? no wonder you gained so much weight. when you are dieting, you should eat at most 1,250 calories a day. exercising for 10 minutes a day won’t help you lose weight, you need to atleast do 30 mins or more. the trick is to eat 4 to 5 small meals a day, none ranging over 300 calories each or you will gain weight. this will help speed up your metabolism (which will help you lose weight). don’t use artificial sweetners or drink diet soda (they make you hungrier and dehydrate your skin). get plenty of sleep and make sure to take your vitamins (c, b, e, flaxseed oil etc).
