Approximately 75% of our bodies are comprised of water. It is a part of all body fluids, including blood, urine, perspiration, digestive juices, saliva, and lymph.
Water is necessary for detoxification, maintaining the health of the skin and mucus membranes, and cellular function and health of every organ system is dependent on water.
