A mini-trampoline or rebounder can further help to stimulate lymph circulation. In fact, any exercise will stimulate lymphatic flow. The mini-trampoline is great because it is convenient, provides minimal stress on the joints, and can be done at any time of day. It can supplement a detox diet. Five minutes every morning and night is sufficient for most people.
