Ayurveda is becoming a popular and yes, trendy form of medicine. One area many people are interested in learning about is the Ayurvedic cleanse and rejuvenation called Pancha Karma. It is suitable during the change of seasons and was developed for royalty in India to prolong life and health by removing physical impurities, bringing awareness to destructive thoughts and behaviors, and releasing old patterns.
