Is Shooting for Nine a Day Realistic?

The reality is that getting a decent amount of fruits and vegetables per day is hard to do. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, in conjuction with the National Cancer Institute, has created a program to encourage men to "shoot" for 9 servings of fruits and vegetables per day, enlisting the help of Clyde Drexler, a former NBA star.

Will hiring a former basketball star to endorse vegetables work? The problem for most of us is that conveniently packaged fruits and vegetables aren't easy to come by. Walk into any university cafeteria, into a food court in the business district, or into a convenience store and try to find something healthy to eat. Not easy, is it?
