A diet rich in fruit, vegetables, fish, beans, low-fat dairy, and whole grains is the foundation of longevity, a study published in the International Journal of Epidemiology suggests. This study examined the diets of 59,038 Swedish women and their effect on disease and mortality. Find out which foods were associated with increased mortality from cancer.
